the book's name where I took this exercises from is called TEXT IT AND FIXT IT.ç
This book is an excellent tool for you, because it has exercises where you have to select the use of one tense or the other, and it has very clear explanations and examples. If you can buy it, do it. this is the green book. I don't remember the level but as far as I know they have it in different levels.

the structure of the book is
1. answer the exercices that says TEST IT  so you check how much you know, and you see your doubts(Page 1)
2- check the answers on the next page, (page 3)
3 Read the explanation on page 4
4 go to page 2 and answer the exercises called TEXT IT AGAIN. this time as you already read th explanations your grade must be higher and your doubts must be clarified.

One of my students asked me to borrow him the book to scan it and then he sent me the links, but unfortunately he didn't scan the TEST IT page Which is step 1.
